However, we do not warrant that descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our rugs, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur and are not considered defects.
11. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to purchase products subject to these Terms. Zanalux reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major payment methods as displayed on the Site.
12. Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your rug within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item.
Return shipping is covered for defective items.
For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
