Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During this time, each rug is carefully inspected, packaged securely, and prepared for shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Please note:
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
You may also log into your Zanalux account to view order status and tracking details.
Delivery estimates provided by carriers are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and over 100 countries worldwide.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location.
Available options and costs will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.
For remote or rural areas, delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Zanalux is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging all rugs securely.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the following information:
Order number
Tracking number
Photos of the damaged package or item
Description of the issue
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery Signature
For high-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery.
This helps ensure safe delivery and provides proof of receipt.
Signature delivery may be requested at checkout or by contacting our customer support team.

Return Shipping
For returns within the United States:
We provide a prepaid return label.
Return shipping is fully covered for defective items.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
